Hi! I am Chad
Since a young age, I have always found myself in leadership role of one sort or another. As a kid I was drum major of the marching band. As a young adult I started the Austin Pride Foundation and was president of the Austin Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce. I’ve owned my own business for most of my career and I’ve coached thousands of business owners around the world.
One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned is that true leadership isn’t about being the person in charge. True leadership is being the kind of person that other people see as a leader – how we occur to them.
Leaders aren’t born – they exist as leaders. There’s a method for developing that kind of leadership. I look forward to sharing that method with you in this masterclass.
