Similarly, other users will be able to view descriptions of Your activity, communicate with You and view Your profile.
• With Your consent: We may disclose Your personal information for any other purpose with Your consent.
• Our site collects hashed identifiers derived from email addresses for the purposes of cross-device tracking for targeted advertising; and your information is being used for our own marketing purposes. Our advertising Partner, NextRoll, Inc., performs a hash of your email address in order to serve targeted advertising to other devices connected to you (via cross-device tracking). Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

SMS/Mobile Texting

When you become a customer through our Sites, you provide your phone number to us and we may use your phone number to confirm orders, deliver promised ongoing training or communication, and to send text updates, promotions, videos, audios, or messages related to our brand, products, promotions, or programs. You can opt-out of receiving any future text messages by simply replying to any of our text messages at any time with the word STOP. By signing up for our products or programs you hereby grant us permission to text you until you reply STOP. We do not ever sell or rent your phone number and we only communicate with you regarding relevant Chad Peevy topics, programs, or events.

Non-Academic Institutions

Please note our company, Domino 2 Technologies, LLC and our brands, including The Institute for Human Progress and Development, nor any of our affiliate live event promotion companies, are not accredited academic institutions and do not issue diplomas or academic certifications or degrees. We do not accept student loans or provide student aid under any programs. We are a for-profit training and research center for personal and professional development.

Earnings Disclaimer

As stipulated by law, we cannot and do not make any guarantees about your ability to get results or earn any money with our ideas, information, tools or strategies. All products and services offered by our company, and our affiliates, are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this page, any of our Sites, or any of our content or curriculum is a promise or guarantee of results or future earnings, and we do not offer any legal, medical, tax or other professional advice. Users of our Sites, and our affiliated Sites, hereby understand that the tools, processes, strategies, materials and information presented on these Sites are copyrighted and proprietary; so users agree not to record, duplicate, distribute, teach or train from our information in any manner whatsoever without our express written permission. Any unauthorized use or distribution of our Sites proprietary concepts, materials, and intellectual property by you or your representatives are prohibited. The 2nd Coming Out Program Terms and Conditions:

If you are unable to attend an event hosted by Chad Peevy, you can send someone else in your place. To do so, contact the Customer Service Department of the Institute for Human Progress and Development (IHPD) at least 30 days prior to the event. However, transferred and complimentary tickets cannot be used for substitution. If you cannot attend and do not wish to send a substitute, you can convert your enrollment into a non-refundable voucher that can be used for any IHPD/Chad Peevy event within one year of the original event date. There are some restrictions that apply to the voucher. If you have a complimentary enrollment, it can only be used for the event listed in the electronic confirmation and is not refundable or transferable. If you want a refund, you need to approach a member of the IHPD team during Day 2 lunch at the event. Refunds are only authorized at the event. Alternatively, you can apply your tuition to any IHPD/Chad Peevy event or receive a full refund. Once a refund is requested, you will no longer have access to the event materials, if applicable. Complimentary enrollments are not eligible for refunds.
