NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THEĀ 2023 COHORT
Will you be ready when you’re needed the most?
Your life experience has been preparing you for this moment.
Have you prepared yourself to step into your leadership?
This program is designed for those who want to be free from that which is holding them back,
so they are free to create the life they want and deserve.
Let’s turn this…
Into this…
To step into who you really are – your leadership – starts by working on yourself – so that you can get out of your own way and get into the service of others.
a note from Chad Peevy
(including those who donāt see themselves that way yet!)
The long arc of history may bend toward justice and progress ā but it takes people like us to bend it in that direction.
The World Needs You Right Now.
Whether you carry the title of āleaderā or not ā itās time you start seeing yourself that way.
To create the future we want to see, we have to step into who we are meant to be. We have to step into the fullness of our own power and the certainty of our own voice.
Your āPersonal Developmentā Isnāt Enough Right Now
We find ourselves in a time when personal development requires more than just realizing our own self-actualization. We are living in a time when the impact of our personal development must reach beyond ourselves.
This moment requires us to embrace the idea that our own self-actualization is dependent on self-transcendence. There has to be an echo to the work we do on ourselves!
Hereās the thing ā I believe all of your life circumstances (even especially the most difficult ones) are your super-power. And I believe that your super-power is necessary and needed at this moment.
Weāve made it this far in life ā now we have to do the work of breaking free from the mindsets that hold us back, that keep us stuck, and make us feel small.
I believe that when you can start to embrace who you are, youāll not just unlock the possibilities for your own life, but youāll pave a new way for the people who will follow you.
Letās Go!
We have to step into our power and unlock our potential. The time to do that work is right now.
Join me in the Leadership Development Program to do the work of discovering parts of yourself that you ā and we ā need you to unleash your confidence, courage, creativity, energy, and vision.
Iāve created a curriculum to help you embrace your power, express your personal freedom, and find certainty and confidence in your voice.
The work of creating a better world starts with YOU!
You have the opportunity to have an enormous impact and influence if youāll just let yourself.
Donāt you think your future is worth the time to figure out what is standing in the way of you realizing it?
Itās time to make things happen ā itās time to create the future we want for ourselves and the people who will follow in our footsteps.
But you canāt lead if youāre stuck in the past. You canāt lead if youāre worried about stuff that just doesnāt matter. You canāt lead if youāre not sure of who you are.
I believe in you and the difference your leadership can make. I look forward to seeing you in the Program.

It’s Time to Align Intention with Outcomes.
Here’s the Process:
The Leadership Development Program is an annual curriculum segmented into 4 quarters, 12 weeks each.
Ā
Each part of the program is optimized for the intended outcomes of that particular class – and to support a healthy progression of your overall personal growth journey.
Ā
Once you’re ready and have completed the requirements, you’ll “graduate” to the next class.

FreshmanĀ
The Freshman curriculum focuses on YOU. We do that by exploring the 12 Mindset Methods as outlined in the book, Break & Untangle. The goal for you as a freshman is to lay the foundation for your mindset work.
Ā
Our interest will be in uncovering the inherited mindsets that are holding you back from stepping into your leadership.
Ā
To root out those inherited mindsets we will focus on the categories of the mindset categories of SELF, STRATEGY, SOCIAL.
The Freshman portion of the program will consist of an intensive 12-week program wherein we focus on one of the twelve mindsets each week. Those mindsets include:
Ā
SELF: the influence your history has on how you show up in the world
Ā
Ā
STRATEGY: tools to help better navigate the world and care for yourself
Ā
Ā
SOCIAL: how to connect and relate to other people
Ā
To successfully complete the Program, Freshmen are required to attend cohort meetings each week (or review recording in the event of an absence). Those meetings last no more than 90 minutes. During that time, participants come together to review and discuss the lessons for the week.Ā
Ā
Lessons consist of on-demand video (no more than one-hour of content) with homework. Most homework involves enrolling someone in your life in your personal development journey. For example, you may ask them questions from the program that will present them an opportunity to share with you how they see and experience you.
Ā
Freshman are invited – and encouraged – to attend the Leadership Development Academy – a live and in-person event. A General Admission ticket for this event is included in your Freshman tuition.Ā
Ā
Freshman also have access to additional group coaching opportunities that you will learn more about during your new member orientation. Those additional coaching opportunities include:
Ā
Successful completion of the Freshman portion of The Leadership Development Program will be achieved when you can:
Sophomore
The Sophomore curriculum focuses on relationship and communication skills. During this phase, you will learn new ways to communicate and have an opportunity to practice those new skills in a group setting.
During your Sophomore phase, you’ll be enrolled in an Encounter Group.Ā
Ā
Encounter Groups are small groups that meet virtually for 12 consecutive weeks.
Ā
During your Sophomore phase, you will have access to 1-1 sessions with your Encounter Group Leader. There may be times that you need additional support between sessions to gain perspective on what happened during your EG. To accommodate that need, 1-1 sessions have are made available on a limited basis.Ā
Ā
EG’s are immensely valuable for several reasons:
Ā
To successfully complete the Program, Sophomores are required to complete the pre-requisite orientation courses and attend at least 10 of the 12 Encounter Group meetings.
Ā
Pre-requisite materials will take approximately 2 hours to complete.Ā
Ā
Encounter Groups meetings are weekly and last exactly 90 minutes.
Discover a new way to see yourself and your place in the world.Ā
Ā
Discover how others see you – and how you can use that to create the impact and influence you want.
Ā
Discover what about you attracts and repels others.
Ā
A new way to communicate that will lead to deeper and more meaningful relationships in every part of your life.
JuniorĀ
The Junior curriculum focuses on desire. During this phase, you will discover, explore, and learn to articulate what you want from life. You will make distinctions between living a life of default and living a life by design. During your Junior phase, you will shift from the 12 Mindset Methods to The Method for Transformational Awareness. TMTA is Chad’s proprietary advanced framework for creating and distinguishing between change and transformation.
The Method for Transformational Awareness is an advanced framework for creating and distinguishing between change and transformation.Ā
Ā
During your Junior phase, we will explore what you really want from your life. We will answer if what you want requires change or transformation.Ā
Ā
The answer informs what is required for the next part of your journey – because the answer will give you clarity for what you really want out of your life and reveal what is keeping you from having it.
Ā
The majority of your Junior phase will be revealing these resistances and overcoming them.
Ā
Exploring The Method for Transformational Awareness for yourself will equip you to help others discover what they want for their lives – uncovering the desire within them and what stands in their way.
To successfully complete the Program, Juniors are required to attend cohort meetings each week (or review recording in the event of an absence). Those meetings last no more than 90 minutes. During that time, participants come together to review and discuss the lessons for the week.Ā

Juniors also have access to additional group coaching opportunities that you will learn more about during your new member orientation. Those additional coaching opportunities include:
Ā
Juniors will gain clarity for what they want from their lives – absent what others want or expect for them.Ā
Ā
Hand-in-hand with that clarity around your desires for your life, Juniors will discover the 4-5 persistent resistances that hold them back in life – not just in leadership – but everywhere.Ā
Ā
By identifying those resistances, you will learn to move through life more easily and with more confidence.Ā
SeniorĀ
The Senior curriculum focuses on creating your legacy. During this phase, you will focus on living with consequence. The outcome for this Senior phase is to begin the creation of a piece of your legacy – something that extends beyond yourself.
Ā
Our focus will be on the outcome of your personal development work – what does it all add up to?Ā
Ā
How are you going to changeĀ THE world orĀ YOUR world?
The Senior phase focuses heavily on what we call your “Legacy Project.” You can think of it as your senior project or dissertation. It is a product of your own creating – with the support of your cohort.Ā
Successful completion of the Senior phase is to demonstrate that your Legacy Project is in motion – no longer an idea but it exist. The time to do that will depend on you.
Ā
Cohorts will meet weekly for 12 weeks for no more than 90 minutes.
