NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THE  2023 COHORT

THE WORLD NEEDS YOU
NOW MORE THAN EVER

Will you be ready when you’re needed the most?

Even if you have the best intentions, you can't be an effective leader until you can lead yourself.

Your life experience has been preparing you for this moment.

Have you prepared yourself to step into your leadership?

This program is designed for those who want to be free from that which is holding them back,
so they are free to create the life they want and deserve.

Let’s turn this…

Into this…

To step into who you really are – your leadership – starts by working on yourself – so that you can get out of your own way and get into the service of others.

a note from Chad Peevy

LEADERS:

(including those who don’t see themselves that way yet!)

The long arc of history may bend toward justice and progress – but it takes people like us to bend it in that direction.

The World Needs You Right Now.

Whether you carry the title of “leader” or not – it’s time you start seeing yourself that way.

To create the future we want to see, we have to step into who we are meant to be. We have to step into the fullness of our own power and the certainty of our own voice.

Your “Personal Development” Isn’t Enough Right Now

We find ourselves in a time when personal development requires more than just realizing our own self-actualization. We are living in a time when the impact of our personal development must reach beyond ourselves.

This moment requires us to embrace the idea that our own self-actualization is dependent on self-transcendence. There has to be an echo to the work we do on ourselves!

Here’s the thing – I believe all of your life circumstances (even especially the most difficult ones) are your super-power. And I believe that your super-power is necessary and needed at this moment.

We’ve made it this far in life – now we have to do the work of breaking free from the mindsets that hold us back, that keep us stuck, and make us feel small.

I believe that when you can start to embrace who you are, you’ll not just unlock the possibilities for your own life, but you’ll pave a new way for the people who will follow you.

Let’s Go!

We have to step into our power and unlock our potential. The time to do that work is right now.

Join me in the Leadership Development Program to do the work of discovering parts of yourself that you – and we – need you to unleash your confidence, courage, creativity, energy, and vision.

I’ve created a curriculum to help you embrace your power, express your personal freedom, and find certainty and confidence in your voice.

The work of creating a better world starts with YOU!

You have the opportunity to have an enormous impact and influence if you’ll just let yourself.

Don’t you think your future is worth the time to figure out what is standing in the way of you realizing it?

It’s time to make things happen – it’s time to create the future we want for ourselves and the people who will follow in our footsteps.

But you can’t lead if you’re stuck in the past. You can’t lead if you’re worried about stuff that just doesn’t matter. You can’t lead if you’re not sure of who you are.

I believe in you and the difference your leadership can make. I look forward to seeing you in the Program.

Chad Peevy

Let's get going...

HERE'S HOW THIS IS DIFFERENT AND WHY YOU WANT TO ENROLL
I get it. You’ve read all the books, been to all the seminars, joined all the programs.

So did I.

It turned out that years of being raised in a conservative, abusive, fundamentalist environment couldn’t be erased by a weekend seminar.

And here’s the deal – my Leadership Development programs aren’t the magic bullet either. But I will be direct with you. The magic bullet doesn't exist. All that exist is the work. All that exists are the possibilities that you must create. But you don't have to do it alone. And that - that is what the Leadership Development Program is all about. You are not alone. There is a framework to creating the outcomes you want for yourself and the people you work with.

No amount of motivational memes or cheerleading rah-rah is going erase the more challenging parts of your human experience. but we can overcome it with real work and commitment to do something different than what has always been done. Not just for us – but also for the people we love. That's the opportunity for leadership that exist for you.

My story of doing that work is what I share with you in my book - and it's what I'll share with you in my Leadership Development Program.

I am offering you my experiences; my mistakes, my victories, and my perspective. I offer them to you so that together we can create the future we want to see
WHEN EVERYTHING IN MY LIFE CHANGED...
Growing up wasn’t easy for me. I was a gay kid in rural Arkansas being raised by a physically and emotionally abusive father. My whole life was based on survival. I developed a lot of ways of coping with life that were based on that survival.

When I left the home I grew up in, the survival techniques I picked up there followed me. The mindsets that had once protected me were now sabotaging me.

When I discovered the mindset methods I write about in Break & Untangle, everything in my life changed.

But I’m going to be honest with you…the depression didn’t completely go away. The anxiety still shows up sometimes. But what changed was the fact that I experience them differently.

I still get stuck sometimes, but I know how to navigate through the stuckness.

I still feel lonely sometimes – but I know how to recognize it and deal with it when it shows up now. And that little difference changed absolutely everything in my life.

Knowing myself better - and how to help myself - has allowed me to create a different kind of life experience. One that has allowed me to find love, find success, and create a legacy that I'm proud of.
I'LL SHARE MY MAP OF THE JOURNEY
The first thing you’ll notice about my process is that I’m not selling you some magical destination where you’ll never struggle, and your life will be rainbows and kittens from now to eternity.

You won’t find any of that B.S. on any of the 394 pages of the book - you won't find it in my programs or at my events.

What you will find is a guide for the journey. An actual method for making your life work better.

A way to look at life.

A way to navigate life (on the good days and bad).

A way to discover or rediscover parts of yourself that got lost somewhere along your path.

You’re going to discover a new lens through which you’ll see your life.

You’ll gain perspective and clarity. Ways of thinking that will help you - and give you the language to help other people.

When you do the work, you’ll begin to experience your life differently. Opportunities will show up. Life starts to make more sense. And relationships feel deeper and more meaningful.
HERE'S THE BIG SECRET...
In my book I write about the 3 selves that we all carry around with us; the younger, present, and future self.

The big secret is that oftentimes, we let the younger self drive our lives. We let that scared little kid that’s still in our head make the grown-up decisions of today.

Trouble is, that scared little kid is still trying to survive. That little kid is making bad decisions that are meant to protect you – but are in fact holding you back from feeling more alive, having deeper relationships, and from feeling a sense of real meaning and purpose in your life.

In the Leadership Development Program - together we'll do the work necessary to get your life working better. We'll create a vision of the future you want for yourself, the people you care about, and the world.

Let’s do the hard and necessary work of protecting that younger self. Let’s give that younger self a sense of safety and security so that who you are today can thrive and live your life fully.

Let's get to work creating a world for that future self that you're proud of - that you're in love with - that brings you meaningful satisfaction.

That work has allowed me to be recognized by coaches masterminds, prominent associations, media, and Fortune 500 Companies. It has also given me the gift of being able to work with thousands of high-performing professionals from around the world, including top-producing professionals in real estate, medicine, and the arts - helping them achieve greater clarity, perspective, and overall well-being.

I’m honored to be a part of your journey and I look forward to seeing what kind of world you create.

It’s Time to Align Intention with Outcomes.
Here’s the Process:

The Leadership Development Program is an annual curriculum segmented into 4 quarters, 12 weeks each.

Each part of the program is optimized for the intended outcomes of that particular class – and to support a healthy progression of your overall personal growth journey.

Once you’re ready and have completed the requirements, you’ll “graduate” to the next class.

To learn more about each phase of the program, click a section to expand:

Freshman

The Freshman curriculum focuses on YOU. We do that by exploring the 12 Mindset Methods as outlined in the book, Break & Untangle. The goal for you as a freshman is to lay the foundation for your mindset work.

Our interest will be in uncovering the inherited mindsets that are holding you back from stepping into your leadership.

To root out those inherited mindsets we will focus on the categories of the mindset categories of SELF, STRATEGY, SOCIAL.

The Freshman portion of the program will consist of an intensive 12-week program wherein we focus on one of the twelve mindsets each week. Those mindsets include:

SELF: the influence your history has on how you show up in the world

  • Purpose
  • Internal Dialogue
  • Identity
  • Unitary Functioning

STRATEGY: tools to help better navigate the world and care for yourself

  • Becoming
  • Money
  • Mindfulness
  • Productivity

SOCIAL: how to connect and relate to other people

  • Belonging
  • Asking for and receiving help
  • Ambition
  • Legacy

To successfully complete the Program, Freshmen are required to attend cohort meetings each week (or review recording in the event of an absence). Those meetings last no more than 90 minutes. During that time, participants come together to review and discuss the lessons for the week.

Lessons consist of on-demand video (no more than one-hour of content) with homework. Most homework involves enrolling someone in your life in your personal development journey. For example, you may ask them questions from the program that will present them an opportunity to share with you how they see and experience you.

Freshman are invited – and encouraged – to attend the Leadership Development Academy – a live and in-person event. A General Admission ticket for this event is included in your Freshman tuition.

Freshman also have access to additional group coaching opportunities that you will learn more about during your new member orientation. Those additional coaching opportunities include:

  • Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual planning sessions
  • Group Coaching Session: Mindset Methods – meets each week for no more than 90 minutes
  • Group Coaching Session: Professional Methods – meets each week for no more than 90 minutes

Successful completion of the Freshman portion of The Leadership Development Program will be achieved when you can:

  1. Identify the inherited mindsets that are holding you back
  2. Create a plan for creating the mindsets that will support you moving forward
  3. Experience greater clarity for how your past is showing up in the present
  4. Enroll others in your personal development journey
  5. Experience a greater degree of personal freedom

Sophomore

The Sophomore curriculum focuses on relationship and communication skills. During this phase, you will learn new ways to communicate and have an opportunity to practice those new skills in a group setting.

During your Sophomore phase, you’ll be enrolled in an Encounter Group.

Encounter Groups are small groups that meet virtually for 12 consecutive weeks.

During your Sophomore phase, you will have access to 1-1 sessions with your Encounter Group Leader. There may be times that you need additional support between sessions to gain perspective on what happened during your EG. To accommodate that need, 1-1 sessions have are made available on a limited basis.

EG’s are immensely valuable for several reasons:

  1. EG’s are an opportunity for you to put into practice what yo are taking away from the Leadership Development Program – EG’s are like a laboratory for your personal development growth.
  2. EG’s offer you a mirror of yourself – you get to discover and explore different parts of yourself that you see in other people.
  3. You get to discover how other people see you – an incredibly important part of your leadership development.

To successfully complete the Program, Sophomores are required to complete the pre-requisite orientation courses and attend at least 10 of the 12 Encounter Group meetings.

Pre-requisite materials will take approximately 2 hours to complete.

Encounter Groups meetings are weekly and last exactly 90 minutes.

Discover a new way to see yourself and your place in the world.

Discover how others see you – and how you can use that to create the impact and influence you want.

Discover what about you attracts and repels others.

A new way to communicate that will lead to deeper and more meaningful relationships in every part of your life.

Junior

The Junior curriculum focuses on desire. During this phase, you will discover, explore, and learn to articulate what you want from life. You will make distinctions between living a life of default and living a life by design. During your Junior phase, you will shift from the 12 Mindset Methods to The Method for Transformational Awareness. TMTA is Chad’s proprietary advanced framework for creating and distinguishing between change and transformation.

The Method for Transformational Awareness is an advanced framework for creating and distinguishing between change and transformation.

During your Junior phase, we will explore what you really want from your life. We will answer if what you want requires change or transformation.

The answer informs what is required for the next part of your journey – because the answer will give you clarity for what you really want out of your life and reveal what is keeping you from having it.

The majority of your Junior phase will be revealing these resistances and overcoming them.

Exploring The Method for Transformational Awareness for yourself will equip you to help others discover what they want for their lives – uncovering the desire within them and what stands in their way.

To successfully complete the Program, Juniors are required to attend cohort meetings each week (or review recording in the event of an absence). Those meetings last no more than 90 minutes. During that time, participants come together to review and discuss the lessons for the week.

Lessons consist of on-demand video (no more than one-hour of content) with homework. Most homework involves enrolling someone in your life in your personal development journey.

Additionally, Juniors are invited – and encouraged – to attend the Leadership Development Academy – a live and in-person event. A General Admission ticket for this event is included in your Junior tuition.

Juniors also have access to additional group coaching opportunities that you will learn more about during your new member orientation.

Juniors will gain clarity for what they want from their lives – absent what others want or expect for them.

Hand-in-hand with that clarity around your desires for your life, Juniors will discover the 4-5 persistent resistances that hold them back in life – not just in leadership – but everywhere.

By identifying those resistances, you will learn to move through life more easily and with more confidence.

Senior

The Senior curriculum focuses on creating your legacy. During this phase, you will focus on living with consequence. The outcome for this Senior phase is to begin the creation of a piece of your legacy – something that extends beyond yourself.

Our focus will be on the outcome of your personal development work – what does it all add up to?

How are you going to change THE world or YOUR world?

The Senior phase focuses heavily on what we call your “Legacy Project.” You can think of it as your senior project or dissertation. It is a product of your own creating – with the support of your cohort.

Successful completion of the Senior phase is to demonstrate that your Legacy Project is in motion – no longer an idea but it exist. The time to do that will depend on you.

Cohorts will meet weekly for 12 weeks for no more than 90 minutes.

You get to answer this one!

What’s possible for your life when you stop playing small?

What’s possible when you step into your leadership?

What’s possible when you get out of your own way?

Is it a business? A non-profit? A message? A cause?

What are you going to create in this world?

CHAD AND HIS WORK HAVE
BEEN FEATURED BY

While we already had great expectations for the event, Chad exceeded them. Chad was incredibly engaging. His content was thoughtful, interesting and relatable whether you are an ally or in the LGBTQ+ community. Chad immediately created a safe space for our network and it was evident our members felt that, as several people opened up on the call and shared their own sensitive truths. Chad’s discussion had the perfect balance between challenging the audience to dig deep and providing supportive guidance. There were so many gems Chad shared throughout the event, but if I have to name one that resonated most with our audience, it would be “the world needs you right now.” On behalf of our network, we are grateful we had the opportunity to connect with Chad.
